Short version: if you want a solution to your problems and are willing to put in the work, youve come to the right place. As a rock climber, Ive suffered from recurring neck and shoulder problems for years, and Eric was the first physiotherapist that worked on a proper, long-term solution, building a solid foundation that has allowed me to reach performance levels beyond what I had hoped for, not because of some magic strength, but simply because the possibility of injury is not constantly at the back of my mind. Impressive skill of explaining what hes doing and what the intermediate goals are, teaching you along the way how to better take care of yourself. Also very adaptive, incorporating feedback to make the program truly personalized. Highly recommended.
