Had an annoying issue with my Pixel 7 Pro screen (known issue, needed to be replaced). Google sent me to this location, as it was too be dealt with under warranty. Had to do it on a day off, but Stephen made the process as painless as possible. He explained everything at drop off, and pick-up was easy, with another thorough explanation of everything that went down. Be prepared: I had to leave my device all day, so if being "off grid" for a day is a no-go, make sure you have a back-up device to pop your SIM into... My phone has been great since! Very impressed with the entire process. Hopefully I will not be back, but highly recommend if your phone is misbehaving or needs warranty work.
