I am in my mid seventies and pretty ignorant about my cell phone. Our phone would not charge and Smartphone said it was repairable , but I would likely have problems in the future and suggested a used phone to match the one we brought in complete with a 6 month warranty. We left our old phone with them and the new to us phone was picked up a couple of days later complete with a new protector cover and everything transferred over. I checked with Bell and they said everything had been done correctly and we were good to go. I know I could have gone back to Bell and got a new phone but I would have had to update to a new plan which was more money. I consider Smartphone's price for everything they did is reasonable and the advice and service excellent. Would reccomend them.

This is one of my best shopping experiences! They treat people like family and you will always get a great deal!!! I would highly recommend this shop!!
