My spouse and I had never worked with a mortgage broker before, but Jeff made the process easy. He got us a lower mortgage rate, significantly lower than the bank was able to offer, and answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. My spouse and I were skeptical at first about going to the trouble of working with a mortgage broker to switch our mortgage provider, but were so glad we did.
