Ty was absolutely amazing to work with. He understood that I am self employed, and reassured me that we would find a way to get me a home! He was so thorough, had everything very well organized, and well in advance so on closing day there would be no issue. It was such a pleasure to work with him, he cares so much about his clients and his first priority was to make sure I was happy. The best part was he had a goal on which lender and mortgage would suit me best, and got it for me! - his knowledge is power.
