I love Q T! I've been going here for almost a year for fibre gel manicures and they last way longer than my manicures at other salons. I'm always really happy with their services and the girls are so nice.

The best nail salon in London! They also offer other great spa services like pedicures, eyelash extensions, lift and tint, and hair removal. Highly recommended!

3 hours before closing and they can't do a simple pedicure sure way to lose a customer what a waste of my time even wanting to try this place

Ill start by saying I have had my nails done for 5 years by the same place I always go too. However, after the holidays I wasnt able to get in before a big event I had so decided why not try a place in my neighbourhood. Boy was I wrong. I walked in 10 mins before my appt time and was told she would right with me and I literally sat there for another 25 minutes before she started on me and a girl that worked there had to go find her. When she came out she was in the back talking to a coworker the WHOLE time. Then, one of my finger nails was pointing off to the right. As others have mentioned they paint like a millimeter away from the cuticle. I also just went for a fill at my original place and when she took off the polish there were holes in my nails. To top it off the place was not very cleanly. The polish bottles could use a wipe down, the counter I sat at had acrylic all over it and every piece they put on the grinder looked worn and not sanitary. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Also where I go charges $40 for a fill this place charged me $60. Plus, the attitude and judgement felt when you walk in is an absolute turnoff. Service: Gel manicures
