Sadly my partner and I had a bad experience at this place. We cancelled all future appointments. The naturopath doctor, Dr. Kuzma was very nice. She didnt help me or anything but I also couldnt give her enough time. The management team was horrible. Over the first phone call it was all nice. When I showed up for my initial assessment the person behind the desk was scrolling through his phone and didnt receive me for a while. Although I was the only patient at that time , I was standing at the reception wanting to know what I must do next. Later I realized he could have been the RMT so he didnt care about Dr. Kuzmas patient. But out of humanity he could have helped me as I was there for the very first time and I didnt know if I have to do any paperwork or sign or even pay. Besides that my apt was cut short by the dr but my fees wasnt. Which was still ok. But I was given particular timing for my next apt by the Dr. However one fine day one of the receptionists called me almost angry that I booked an odd day ( which was given by the dr herself). She was rude and confirmed that hereafter I must not book such odd dates. I was like I am just a patient. I accepted whatever was given to me. I dont know why she was so angry . I asked her to check something with the dr bcz I was waiting for some documents. To that the receptionist said first I must check if such conversations ever happened . I was like wow, true, I am probably lying to steal my own health records. The receptionist was so rude for the entire conversation that I decided not to go back. It was an awful experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Anna for just over half a year now and thanks to her help and advice I have noticed a vast improvement to my health, particularly with the areas I was most concerned with. She is always welcoming, ready to listen and ready to provide solutions to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Anna to anyone seeking a natural form of medicine.
