Me and my gf went to this place. She planned numerous things for me. But they didnt even let her go through. She was saying she is 19. The security person was not ready to listen to her. I am very disappointed the way they behaved with her. The security was so rude, did not know how to respect a customer. Absolutely bad customer service.

This place deserve zero for rating. I honestly came with so many plans and was so happy to enjoy here after my work, taking out my time to spend my special time with special one. I had so much expectation from this place but they destroyed it all () and everyone knows how it feels when you plan something for someone with all your heart and other just dont let it go the way it suppose to go. Over all it was a bad experience. unfortunately there is no option for giving the rating as a zero, but if there was I would gave it. Stuff and specially supervisor is so rude. They dont know how to deal with a customer. Individual come here to spend their time with loved once. They come with so many hope of enjoying the place they have reserve it for themselves, but I dont think so you wanna be a customer of a rude stuff and supervisor. As soon as I tried to enter in the place, the supervisor try to show off with big attitude That am the supervisor. OKAY DUE! If youre the supervisor, but stop showing that you got a big title or something.

Everytime I've been here there is just an absolute rancid smell. Disgusting. Nobody cleans the floors after people have been spilling their drinks all night. Terribly maintained place. Booths are gross. Save your time and. Save time and money and go elsewhere.
