        Was unable to find/source for an adjustable lumbar pad for my v2 leap anywhere else in Canada. Operations manager Phil Jibb was extremely helpful in sourcing and ordering the proper part despite this being a very small and likely not worth their time request. Situations like this highlight the outstanding service and character of a company. I would heartily recommend them to anyone and won't hesitate to use them in the future!

        Searched for Used office desk(s) on Google and their name was one of several that appeared. BUT they have NO USED furniture. Google problem or did they slip in Used in their verbage somewhere in their site. JERKS
