Had a great experience with Dr Laverty. Definitely will be going back. Would recommend to any friends and family.

Highly disappointed. Dr Sharpe used to be my family eye doctor. The business has changed too much. If I can't understand why they would do a change, it means it's bad business practice. I can't support businesses like this. It's a shame that this practice has gone down hill. It's what happens when you forget about the roots, the reason the practice was successful in the past in the first place. Judging by the reviews, social media posts, and feedback from friends/family, it appears this practice is going towards a corporate feel rather than a personal care touch. I am encouraging the 40+ families and their kids that I know in London to change optometrists to avoid future headaches and hardships. This decision isn't based on a single visit, but multiple situations and poor experiences over the last decade, and none of takes into consideration expected changes during COVID. At first I would just believe things were a one-off bad day for the office. But there is a pattern.

Dr Laverty did my first ever eye exam and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I'm now wearing contacts and all the guidance I was given to help me get comfortable with getting then in and taking them out was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this office.
