Tim is tough and definitley the guy you want on your side! He knows what hes doing and he puts a great amount of effort into making sure you understand everything every step of the way. Very passionate and enthisuastic because he truly cares and wont let a client down. He simply does not lose! Was great working with him.

My respect is hard to earn , my trust is even harder. Tim got both after only a few minutes of us meeting. He sets realistic expectations, he doesn't sugarcoat and he is honest. On top of this, he is incredibly experienced at his job. I was and am, having tenant issues as a small landlord, I was referred to Persuasive, and got in touch. Tim responded in a timely manner, and brought me in to hear what's going on. He told me what to do, I did it, I hired him, won my cases. Simple. He is worth every dollar , and I look forward to working with him for any legal matter I come across.
