Howl at the Groom Dog Grooming

Loki has anxiety and isnt a fan of being groomed but Alicia did an amazing job with him and was able to trim his nails, shave his paw pads and remove all of his matting. We couldnt be happier! Thank you for your patience and understanding. So happy to have found the perfect match for Lokis grooming.

Great spot. Staff is very friendly and great with animals. Took my rottie and corgi here for their bath, and they did a fantastic job. They were understanding and careful with our extremely anxious rescue corgi and thats exactly what we have been looking for! Paid less for two dogs to get a full service bath/groom than the pet stores charges for 1. Will definitely be making this our new groomer!

Excellent Service! My girl was looking like a hot mess when we brought her in and wow are we impressed! Somehow they managed to get my super shy and timid dog to let them give her a full groom. We've had some bad experiences in the past with other groomers and are so happy to have found this place! Thank you so much Howl at the Groom!!!

The women who run the shop are fantastic. Even my chicken dog lets them grind their nails no problem!!!

Sadly, I was not impressed. I did receive a phone call telling me that my dog was extremely stressed out by the blow dryer, which I understood and did advise that they could towel dry him without a problem. When I went to pick him up, I noticed he had been groomed very short, which I did expect because he had been matted. However, the trim around the face was very uneven, and didnt match the rest of his groom, but my main concern was where they had shaved him at the rear end and up the inside of his tail or the underside. About a good 4 inches right down to the skin. It has been very sore and raw and he has been licking nonstop since then. Im not sure if this will ever grow back in this area or not and now I know why he was so distressed by the blow dryer he was probably in pain from his rear end area. Not once did they mention anything to me about this and as I say it wasnt until I got home when I discovered it. Unfortunately it cant be fixed but I wont be back.
