Two dogs booked months ahead of time and was 35m late getting there for a 12 oclock appointment and then I was refused service by rude young girls that dont care about business. Never been so rudely spoken too. Never again

We have been going here for over 5 years, but today the new, young staff were very unpleasant and unprofessional, not like before. We will not be returning.

Have had good experiences in the past but it seems like there are a lot of new staff lately and our last few services have been much worse. I dropped my dog off for her grooming recently and the staff just completely shaved her without warning me. Staff made no effort to groom her, were unapologetic and they still charged me $115.

Had a really good experience bringing my doodle here! He was quite matted and was very scared of the blow dryer and they were super accommodating with him! Such friendly staff here too! Will definitely be back

I took my dog to this location to get the full groom. They mentioned it could take from 2-3 hours. It was cold outside and I don't drive so I figured I go on a walk and wait for their call, at about almost 2hr I headed back and peeked into the window. I noticed my dog was groomed and just laying on the floor asleep. I did not want to go in, in fear of upsetting my dog in the case that there was still more to be done. So I tried to call four times at different occasions with the 30 minutes past two and couldn't get through. After freezing myself waiting outside for about an hour I decided I would go in and ask at that point. He had apparently been done for that whole time, I was surprised and annoyed that they had not called me to let me know. But even more frustrated I had frozen myself to the bones needlessly. He looked really good when I picked him up, but after I took him home I noticed he had Knicks on his private and a few sections on his belly. Nothing too big but enough to annoy him to want to lick at them. Ended up having to get him a cone so that he wouldn't cause an infection. They got the job done but it did cause me some grief and that is why I have deducted those stars. I have no doubt they are good people and did not intentionally cut him, however it did happen and I thought I'd share my experience.
