I used to love this little spot but they notoriously forget to fill out our card when we purchase a bag of dog food, (we ask every time and we are told they will find our card and fill it out after). After almost 2 years of buying a $100 bag of dog food every 5-6 weeks we only had a handful of purchases on our card to get a free bag and then they told us we had to save our receipts if we wanted to even get a free bag.

Disappointed in service received from this store. I was in hospital for heart condition and my spouse could not bring our little girl for a Grooming and we had to cancel at the last minute. The best they could do for appointment was 6 weeks out after it had been 6 week since her last Grooming. We was great customers for over a year when when this happened. Glad we found out what we meant to this store..

Took my baby Leo there, we just rehomed him and he's not had a nail appointment with a professional ever. But my kitty was so good. They were well trained, gentle over all amazing. They took excellent care of him and I can't wait for his next appointment. So happy Leo also left giving cuddles. 100% kittomended
