Completely agree with the responses that service has gone down hill. Having one phone number for 3 locations is a nightmare. Can never get anyone to pick up the phone. As Im standing in the clinic Im getting a phone call from someone in another room of the clinic then cant get results from the vet of the x-rays. Have to wait for hours later. Never see the same staff which probably means turn over is high. It was a nice friendly place and Dr. Alec is great but the management is so disorganized. They say they will send invoices and emails, never get sent. Have to wait for medication and come back to pick it up which should be easily accessible. On the plus side my dog seems to not be afraid. But the vague and short service that is not reliable feels like they are only focused on money. After 5 years will be looking into a new vet that can be reliable and organized.
