My puppy always comes home exhausted and happy. They post pictures of your dog on Instagram as well so you can see how much fun they had.

Cant say enough good things about HEAT! We started bringing our 8 month old Bernedoodle here a little over a month ago. He LOVES coming and gets so excited when we pull up. The staff are so friendly and you can tell they care a lot about the dogs and have a lot of fun with them. Our puppy comes home happy and exhausted from playing all day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Trevor and his team are awesome. Always greeted with top notch customer service. It's unfortunate that they had an incident that lost the life of a puppy. One thing Trevor will take from this is to: A- not hide it B - learn from it to ensure it doesn't happen again C - don't give training jobs to people who are not trained Reviews however should be based on people's experience with H.E.A.T directly and NOT be based on what people have heard from others. This is where Google should step in and set it up somehow that unless you have used a business pacifically you can't post a negative review. Many things could have happened, the pet owners could have gone into the pen and retrieved their dog if they felt it was under distress, I would have. Trevor has a great set up here with a lot of happy dogs I see when I go there. His delay in posting, could have be trauma, lawyer advice, etc.... Don't judge someone for not posting something about the incident that second. Trevor put things in place to prevent another situation like this but know you are a good person and offer an amazing daycare, just make sure your people are trained to recognize when something is NOT right.
