        Had a great experience today. I come to buy dog food very regularly here. My most recent bag, for some reason my dog was refusing to eat. He would eat other things but simply refused the food he usually eats no problem. Figure there was something wrong with the batch. I called to see if I could exchange even though it was opened. They said no problem. Changed for the other flavor of the same brand and my dog is back to eating happily. Thanks for solving my issue problem free.

        The store owner will sneak treats to your dog even after you've said "no thank you, my dog has a sensitive stomach and needs to keep away from unfamiliar treats". Unreal. This is not the only unsatisfactory experience at this location but most definitely the most upsetting.
