The communication was great I had service done a year ago. The only reason I couldnt give 5 star was because I just recently had to have them come out to correct an oversight on their end from last year (mind you they didnt charge even with it being a year out and handled it promptly and professionally!) and their pricing was high (I was billed for time travelled and I live 30 min away from Their store they knew what work was needed but didnt bring all the necessary tools so being charged for the travel time to get the tools and come back seemed a bit far stretched but needless to say I paid it). Great customer service very accommodating and I can trust their work!

This time I called them, but they didn't return my call. We got another company to do what we needed done and were very happy with them. However, we have used Hyde Park plumbing before, and they have always sent someone quickly and done the work we wanted with no problems.

The job was done correctly but the way these guys speak to people is the reason for the one star just complete d!ck heads I dealt with ...2 guys one was the apprentice apparently

Our sump pump stopped working and water filled to the top and was on the verge of causing way more damage to our basement. We called Hyde Park Plumbing and within about 45 minutes Curtis showed up. He replaced the sump pump and made sure everything was working. He was incredibly professional, thorough and honestly the service and response time was way more than we could have ever imagined. Although their work was good and I was happy with the finished product and professionalism, make sure you get a complete quote and understand how their billing practices work. I was shocked that the final invoice was over 3 times the verbal quote they provided. They did reduce the bill after I challenged them, but I was still shocked by the final amount which was still significantly more than the verbal quote. If you are going to do business with these people, make sure you get answers to the following questions: Get an explanation of their billing practices how many people will be coming, what the charge per hour per person is, and when does the billing start i.e. from their office, or when they arrive to the site. Ask them what incremental costs could arise. I would never recommend this company to anyone that I care about. I would never want them to go through what I went through. Service: Toilet installation
