I placed an order more than a week ago and I havent heard from them at all. They were very quick to charge my card. Not anywhere close to when it comes to delivering. I have ordered with other companies before and never had to wait this long even to get the stuff delivered to my door. This company seriously has some issues that it needs to address or else they will be closing shop soon.

I sent an email asking for an ETA on my order two weeks after I placed it and got a response within 24 hours. I received my order within a month and Im very happy with the product. Overall, I had a great experience!

Used this service in the past with good results. Unfortunately, this time, I placed a large order on November 20th and have not yet received any news. When I contacted the company on December 28th (yes, these were holiday presents) they responded that there must be something wrong and they will get back to me. It is now almost a week later, I am still out 300$ and no response. Just wanted to take the time to warn others because I wouldnt want anyone else to have the same disappointing experience.

Update: Received a response the following Monday, 5 days after the email. We were told the order would be dispatched at the end of the week and arrive the following week (4 weeks after ordering, website says 5-7 bus. days to dispatch and 4-6 days delivery time i.e. 2.5 weeks maximum). Due to the delay, we asked if it could be sent 1 week later, as we would be away for the holidays. Response was terse (it simply said "Noted"), and request completely ignored - we were lucky a neighbour brought the order in. 3* because products are nice quality. Customer service is just really lacking. --- My husband purchased a canvas 2 weeks ago. While their website says 5-7 business days to despatch, it has now been 10 without any updates. I understand delays happen at this busy time of year. What isn't acceptable, however, is that my husband has sent 2 emails (Tuesday and Thursday - today is the following Saturday evening) without reply.

I purchased from this company 2 weeks ago and they have not sent my canvas. They have NOT returned my emails or phone calls. I believe this company is a scam. UPDATE: I got a reply! Woohoo! I will update this again when I have recieved the canvas' and can comment on the quality of the product :)
