Frontenac Apartments

Hi I absolutely love the cleanliness in 1 and 3 Frontenac apartments. Everyone here is like a family and helps out one another. Everything has been freshly renovated and the transformation is amazing!!!! I definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice friendly Positive environment to raise your family and for years to come !!!!!!

I've lived here for over 2 years and it's quite nice. About a year ago there was maintenance being done and I was without power. Sean from the office ran an extension cord and I was able to get back to work. This saved my day and Sean is amazing!

Capreit has taken over 1 Frontenac apartments and so far the management is wonderful, and the building has become more clean, and they are renovating everything. However, if you have a noisy neighbour, they do not care. There have been several complaints over 2 years and yet, nothing has been done. If you want peace and quiet, this is NOT the location for you.
