        I have used Ali to manage my rental property, but when I cancelled the contract he charged double fee for last three months. And also not returned my reserve fund deposit back and did not return my keys and documents. And stopped answering my calls and emails. I will not recommend him or his services instead I will recommend to run away from this guy. I can bet all 5 start reviews are fake , you can buy 5 start reviews now a days, just sort by lower rating and read the reviews with one star then you will know what this guy does when you have to terminate his services when you sell your property or for some other reason. Special request to owner, Please read the review before responding don't respond blindly that my rental application is not approved because of suspecious information. I noticed that you did that with other tons of reviews. Reponse to owner: I don't understand why it is so hard to run business honestly for people now a days days. work honestly you will be very happy person. you know and I know and many more one start reivews clearly proves that you are not truthfull.

        The entire staff at First Choice Property Mgt, was extremely professional, courteous, and very thorough. Every email was followed up with a phone call and ensuring all my questions were answered. I was going to close on another property, but decided to go with Ali because these are they type of professionals that get issues resolved quickly and professionally. It has been a pleasure to work with the First Choice.
