Don't answer emails ,don't care about their units they just bought.have supers who live in site who do nothing ..but make sure they get their rent ...but will care when they keep ppl in unsafe units and news/n courts get involved ..cause this will be my next step Wish I could give no stars but have to to do acomment

Do you have enough notices of rules on the wall? You have to deal with each tenant as an individual. This wall of notices is just going to create friction between the tenants and management.

Do not purchase or rent any property from these people!! If I could give a Zero rating I would. I live in a condo, I own on Deveron Crescent. ARNSBY has decided to take out ALL the balconies in the "complex ". I live in a ground floor unit, which they are Not touching my patio!! They have sent me a letter from the lawyer's office stating that I have till Friday to remove my ONLY SOURCE OF HEAT!! THEY ARE SAYING IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND ALTERNATE HEAT! They know this is my Only HEAT source, I told them this on Feb.22. Received NO response, Now the lawyer contacts me on March 14 too tell me it must be removed by Friday!! HOW IS IT LEGAL TO FORCE PEOPLE TO BE WITHOUT ANY HEAT IN WINTER!!! P.s. My husband has spoken with the contractor and he has stated it's not in the way; yet this is Arnsbys exscuse too have it removed!!!

The only company in 2023 still using covid as an excuse to not do their job. I'd like to sit on my a** all day and get paid for it too. Chris Payne and Lisa Reynolds are a complete joke.
