My friend and I were looking for a place and were really struggling to find a spot in a good area and for a good price. The house we were in while looking around for other places was with Trident as well. After we gave our 60 days notice Devon reached out to us to make sure we found a suitable place for us. We still had not found a place at the time. Devon made our lives so much easier by sending us places online and giving us showings of places that ticked all of our boxes. Devon genuinely cared about where we ended up especially as 2 girls on our own and found us the perfect spot. We couldnt be happier and excited for our new place!! Thanks to Devon and Trident

Trident Property has been nothing shy of TERRIBLE. After taking over the build I live in Trident has completely wrecked the living experience for me and my family! From the lack of information and knowledge they have to the lack of safety for the tenets and the building is unbelieveable. You can complain all you want they dont hear you or do anything about it. Devon, Annette ,Brianna and more have been rude, unprofessional, and a honestly terrible to talk to or deal with. They lie and turn other tenets against each other making them seem like the good guys! Never in my life have I been soo dissappointed. Its Sad I have to award then with a star when they arent even worth half of one!
