        Still no air conditioning that works It is now July I strongly advise if you choose to rent with BGM that you have a back up portable unit before you move in This whole theory that its luxury is not true when you rented an apartment thinking AC was available Not to mention health conditions and seniors purposely choose to rent AC units so they dont DIE This luxury crappola stuff wont work with some tribunal judges Provide the services you said you would Other then that - the building is very clean and generally quiet Our super is an awesome guy and i do not hold him liable for 80 degrees in a unit FIX IT

        I have try to contact BGM properties during 3 months and they answered once and never again. Im really interested in one of their properties but I cant imagine how bad they probably take care of them if they cant even answer a phone.
