I've entrusted my single family home in London and a Triplex in Chatham to the Trident team since Jan 2022 and they have been amazing and very professional! I was referred to them by a friend of mine and I believe the owners are real estate investors themselves, and they treat my properties and tenants with so much care as if they were their own. They are quick to respond to all of my questions and are very capable of taking care of any issues that come up with my properties, tenants, and contractors. Thanks for giving me ease-of-mind as an out of town investor!

My family and I moved into our Trident Property August, 2019. We have nothing but great things to say about the property and the management. Devon has always been super helpful and always responds quickly and in a positive manner. I once had a bit of a car accident on the property after hours and I wanted Devon to know. She returned my call within minutes and left her family at dinner to come and help me. I was so grateful and wont forget her kindness. The properties themselves are great. We live in a four bedroom unit and there is so much room. I love the layout. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and the appliances have always worked well. I really love how bright the units are. We have had no issues whatsoever and dont intend on leaving here anytime soon. I would recommend these properties without hesitation.
