This is coming from a very satisfied tenant of Old Oak Properties, Mosaik! I cannot express enough how prompt, caring and knowledgeable our maintenance concerns are addressed by Ben. He is always there to repair, replace or to answer a how to! My husband and I have lived for 5 years at 445 SugarcreekTrail, the current Manager is wonderful, very attentive and they do the job very quickly. The building very clean. Good maintenance . The truth is that we have not had any problems, we live very well.

Just moved in to 517 Richmond, happy with my choice of Old Oak and enjoying the new place so far. Staff have been friendly and extremely helpful with everything. Moving in was easy, big elevator fit furniture with no issues. Unit was perfect when arriving, hallways and elevators are all clean. No complaints !

Benjamin came and did a toilet repair. He was professional and very friendly. Did the job promptly, explaining what was involved as he went along.
