I work in the field of mortgages and have dealt with way too many brokers but I have never come across anyone as knowledgeable, experienced, patient, diligent and warm as Emma Wright. What an incredible experience it has been working with her. She helped us purchase a great investment property in London. The attention to detail every time we walked into a showing with her was beyond impressive. She was so organized and proactive all through the process. Her far sightedness is the reason we were able to purchase a property way under our budget in the best neighbourhood of London. We learned so much from her as investors wanting to purchase rentals. As first time home buyers, we couldnt have been in better hands than with Emma Wright and the team from the Mulligan Group. From our very first showing we were very impressed by her knowledge and experience, pointing out details about the property that we wouldnt have otherwise noticed. Shes extremely professional and accommodating, and always made herself available when we had questions or concerns. A part of our experience with Emma I really appreciated was how she always took the time to explain things in detail for us to have a complete awareness of the process. From the start she presented to us what to expect along the way so we had no surprises, and when it came to making an offer she met with us and walk us through every section so we felt comfortable with our understanding of all the information.
