I was a first time home buyer, excited about the process of one life's greatest purchases. This realtor took advantage of the fact my partner and I were ignorant about many aspects of home buying and working with a realtor.
1. Poor communication
2. Guaranteed services to us that incentivized us to purchase the property with him.
3. Did not ensure the house was move-in ready, despite promising it would be.
4. SCAM!
Don't work with Mark. He's more concerned about his percentage cut than your experience.
