Ann de Bono was recommended to me by another agent as someone who could help me sell my home in London, Ontario. This was an understatement. Ann handled _literally everything except the packing._ She and her associates knew helpful people in landscaping, painting, lawncare, house cleaning, home repairs, and staging; she brought them all insome at very short notice-- helped to make lists of what they needed to do, got the estimates approved, helped to schedule them, and reviewed their work. Ann was referred to us by our neighbors who bought their home using Ann as their realtor. Being from the States and having inherited our home, we were anxious about finding a realtor. Our first impression of Ann put us at ease and we knew we found the right person to sell our home. Ann's knowledge of the area, methods of promotions, pricing, types of home sales and perspective clients proved to be very valuable to us.
