I was very unsure about buying my first house but I was fortunate to come across Mr. Himal patel who motivated and guided me step by step to buy my first home in Canada being a temporary resident. He is well expirienced and very much updated with the current real estate market scenario. He litrally made the entire process very smooth and memorable. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find me a great townhouse that fit right in my price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. Highly recommended!!
