Friendly staff but they got my order wrong. Ordered a toasted bagel but got an untoasted, stale bagel. They werent even busy. Wont go back to that location. Parking: Plenty of parking.

Update May 2023 Stopped in here yesterday for a couple bagels, they were out of the Everything Bagel, and didn't seem interested in telling us what other options they had. Not sure what happened to this timmies, staff are rude, not interested, unhelpful, and when I said thank you in the drive through yesterday she just slammed the window shut.. ------------- Our new favourite Timmies! Love the staff, always friendly, orders are made correctly and quickly, lines move quickly.. and the friendly personalized service is amazing... I find the coffee here better as well.. and if they are out of dark roast they will make some and ask if you want to wait a few minutes rather than sell you the regular roast and hope you don't notice like some timmies

Very bad burnt coffee. Everyday for a almost a week! Will not waste money anymore in this branch. I have given them may be 50 chances bc it comes on the way to work for me but man they keep getting worst!!!!! Morning time is the worst to get coffee. I think they give you burnt bottom coffee
