        After years with a TERRIBLE rheumatologist in Ottawa (who has since retired, thankfully), I moved to London and was referred to Dr. Gina. It was an absolute night and day situation. This is a Dr. who listens, and is proactive with treatment. I cannot overstate how invaluable that is. She sets realistic expectations and lays info out in black and white. Sometimes that info isn't easy to hear, but that's life. She's not a miracle worker, but she is a very good rheumatologist.
