Mark and his crew just finished roofing our house and we are more than pleased with the workmanship. Mark is a true professional. From our first encounter with Mark to the day they completed the roof everything was top drawer!! Each day the site was totally cleaned up and each day they made sure all plants, shrubs, windows, decks, etc. were protected from falling debris. We updated the shingles on our steep roof making a significant improvement in the appearance and longevity. Mark and his team noted a few areas that needed repair and they fixed them on the spot. NorthFaceRoofing did an excellent job on our home, professional and efficient.

Having a covid roofing experience with Mark was pleasant and educational. From the start he was concerned about our expectatations and prior experiences and assured us he and his team would deliver on all fronts. The consummate professional, he was respectful of our property and left our yard and drive cleaner than at the start. He believes in customer satisfaction and will deliver beyond his promise. Mark was thorough and informative throughout the whole re-roof process and did a professional job . We did not want a shoddy minimum effort job so we're happy we went with North Face Roofing. Mark went up on the roof and presented us with a complete itemized estimate. He then went over every item on the list and explained why he included it and it's importance to the suppliers warranty. The crew was fast and vacuumed and ran a magnet over our property and our neighbours, including the lawn. There were a couple of minor issues that they found after they stripped the old roof and Mark simply fixed them at no additional cost and stuck to his estimate total. Thanks for great peace of mind North Face.
