        Probably the most incompetent people Ive ever came across. Slow. No regard for customers waiting in line. Online orders take precedence over customers in store. Audacity to yell at customers for snacking on their own food they brought themselves, while waiting in line for half an hour. Ended up leaving and getting A&W. Worst subway in London.

        There is a lot of scope for improvement. 1. They should highlight the type of subways on the cover. ( Mine was mistakenly given off to another person who had actually ordered a vegetarian one! ) The lady at the counter was very helpful.
