Staff are knowledgeable about their inventory and supply. They are so dedicated to their work that they travel to trade shows to gain industry insight and competitive prices.
The space can appear disorganized and messy, but the staff seems to have this organized chaos under control, as they can quickly access inventory, eager for the sale. That said, they are pretty genuine folks who enjoy sharing their passion for unique shoes and clothing with their customers.
