I dont really like writing google reviews just because things happen and thats okay. I work in retail and I understand but wow my experience here was HORRIBLE. I walked in with my family and myself as an employee in white oaks mall. We were just looking for birthday gifts and had the staff watching us the whole entire time, following us? When just talking about if this would be a good gift to buy, They would stare and not just one person it was a group of 4-6 and it made us feel uncomfortable we tried to pay no mine to it but it was outrageous. I dont like confrontation so I just said loudly I can feel your eyes on us and one of the sales reps RUDELY said good Im glad. If you wanted to check to see if we were stealing you know MAYBE call security or maybe just ask us to check our bags? AND On top of everything We still purchased items w/ the manager coming up to us at the counter and making sure everything was good. I dont know what we could have done or our actions to make them think we were potentially stealing? But Ill never go back there my whole experience there was uncomfortable.

I have not gone to White Oaks Mall for a few years, but I dont like to be in the south side of the city. I like the north side of the city since it has Masonville, Hyde Park and better stuff there. I prefer the SportChek at Masonville Mall. They dont have so much on soccer/football products and jerseys. SportChek does not carry much on national teams and clubs whether you want Spain, Tottenham Hotspurs, France or Paris Saint-Germain. Likely the SportChek at the Hyde Park location has those kind of teams; which is the north side of the city. This is why I prefer the SportChek either at Masonville or Hyde Park. Yes, I have gone to this SportChek at White Oaks Mall a few years ago before I stop coming to this mall. Wish they have more football gears than just hockey, basketball or baseball. The good thing of SportChek is their football stuff is way cheaper than buying it from the official Nike or Adidas stores in full price. It is cheaper to buy a Tottenham Hotspur jersey sometimes than from Nike as they charge full price plus paying shipping (shipping not charge after anything in cart value $175 or over before tax). You can find Arsenal products on their site than going on Adidas as they are mainly sold out or not available on your size as a person who is 188 centimetres in height and weight 95.5 kilograms wearing a size extra-large and my bottom size is large. If you want football gears from SportChek; you are better off going to the north locations either Masonville or Hyde Park. SportChek do have good selections on their Nike or Adidas footwear as I bought my Nike shoes from them last year but at their Masonville location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Store is clean and tidy - good selection of goods and lines moved fairly quickly. Some of the younger staff still learning how customer service works.
