This is not about this location but about the Westmount location. I tried for two weeks to make an appointment but no one returned my phone calls after I left multiple voicemails. I walk into the location and get told that they no longer take appointments. I just drop off my stuff and walk away. They are a week behind and will call me in 6-18 days. The man I spoke with didnt apologize for no returning calls and didnt seem to care if they got our business or not. I will never go back to this location or any SDI location if that is how they are going to treat their customer.

This used to be a place I referred people to. I stupidly referred over 10 people over the years. Since it moved to the new location on Adelaide the service is downhill. I have been doing my taxes there for 15 years and I am obviously disposable. It took 3-4 weeks for my taxes to be completed. Just in time for their hours to reduce to only being open when both my partner and I are at work. I left a voicemail saying how upset I was. They did not update Google hours so people were showing up on Fri and Sat to a closed building. I said I will be going somewhere else next year but we needed to figure out a solution on how I was supposed to sign and pay. They didn't bother calling me back and that is a week ago. Guy that does my taxes is nice but not overly reliable. The reception is hit or miss, you either get them on a day they had their coffee or when they have a snappy rude attitude. I am over it, they make you give them 100 bucks for standard taxes and my partner pays 160-180 and then give an added bonus of ignoring you. Fed up and hoping to find a tax place that is going to value our money.
