DONT TRUST MARIANNE !!! Hamilton road she did my taxes and forgot to mention she wasn't allowed to do cash back. As she had already finished my return. I said to her this is cash back right? She then proceeded to lie and say oh no liberty doesn't do cash back anymore I'm sorry. I then said if I knew this I would of went elsewhere,this should of been brought to my attention before finishing my return. She then said it would be about 5-10 days before I'd receive my payment from the CRA this was Feb 22nd 2022 its now March 4th and I still haven't received my payment. I called the office to see what was going on and was told she'd call me back in 10 min it's now been 3 days . I called the other liberty tax and explained my situation they told me they absolutely do cash back that this person must of messed up on others taxes and had been told shes no longer allowed to do cash back.this lady did nothing but lie to me on everything out of her mouth. Go elsewhere

This place liberty taxes one of the worst tax filing place that lady charged me 200 dollars to file my taxes she just had to write down 6 figures in different places plus I had 1 more person with me so it should be cheaper but in total it cost us 300 dollars to file a simple tax return. I am still in shock of what happened there yesterday.

The last couple years there were horrible. For one they couldn't get my address right, after I reminded them about 2 or 3 times. Also the employee there had to have given some of the worse service I've ever experienced. Almost the entire time I was there he was talking to his buddy on the phone about video games and going to the beach. The service is fairly quick, and accurate (as far as I can tell), other than your address, but the customer service from this particular employee was very ignorant.
