I couldn't figure out how to download some computer software. So I emailed the IT department and went to the IT chat line. That was as useless as trying dry yourself off with a plastic bag.... I would have gotten more input talking to that plastic bag....
The next day I went into the school for some in person help, because online help was useless. I payed for parking and walked into the school. The IT guy knew what I needed and said it would only take 15 mins. He said he wouldn't help because there were online chatrooms to help.
I said "well I'm here now, can you just help me out?"
He said he might be able to get it done for the next day.
I said "Perfect, I'll do that"
Then he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't do it and I couldn't leave it there.
I DROVE ALL THE WAY TO FANSHAWE AND THE IT GUY DENIED ME AND TOLD ME TO GET HELP VIA ONLINE.
He said it would take 15 mins. And it ended up taking 2.5 hours and still isn't complete........ I could have just left my laptop at the school.
You guys are a joke....
Fanshwe is a joke....
IF YOU DONT HAVE IN PERSON TECH HELP! THEN DONT ADVERTISE IT!!!!
