        Had service done on my Samsung Soundbar there. Very helpful and friendly staff. She explained what was wrong in a clear and simple manner. The work took about 1.5 weeks but most of that was waiting for Samsung to approve the work.

        Huge thank you to Jim and team. Had an lg old tv repaired via costco warrenty and was scared to move the thing due to the size and thinness of the TV. Jim came and installed the new panel quickly and without any issues. New panel is practically perfect and no longer has issues with it! Thank you guys so much
