First I'd like to say you have a magnificent team there at Kal Tire East London! You have my recommendation and referrals. I put my 22" SRT10 rims on and noticed a shaking when I drove over 100k. I needed my wheel rebalanced asap. I called 5 different tire centers in east London, none offered to help. When I called Kal Tire East London, my first contact was with Rae, I explained my issue and she was professional and understanding, although she could not help me that late in the day she made it a point to care and offered to squeeze me in today when I get off work between 430 and 530. I got off work early today and called to confirm my appointment, Nick answered the phone and I explained my appointment but that I'm a bit early, without hesitation he said come by we'll take care of you. When I arrived, I must say I was very impressed! I was welcomed by Nick who from our conversation knew who I was immediately, Rae was polite and didn't waste anytime getting my truck ready for the shop. Your establishment is professional, very clean and accommodating. During my wait Nick spent time explaining to me why my truck could be shaking, what they will do to try and fix it and what I could do to remedy future issues. I was very proud to see all of your team members working so well together, Nick, Rae, there was another girl as well that I noticed was helping Nick with the customers and Joel, the service tech who worked on my truck and kept it clean and reminded me to retorque my wheel. As I was leaving I thanked Rae for her excellent customer service on the phone, if she had not offered to help accommodate me and book me in, she would not have acquired me as a new customer and in the world of sales and service it takes 5 times as much to acquire a new customer as it does to retain an existing customer. Your team goes above and beyond their regular call of duty, kudos to you all. Overall my experience was 100% and deserves a 5 star review!
