Great prices and service was good but they dont answer the phone. When I bought the tires I had to physically go into the store to get pricing and then book my appointment. My tire started leaking and I need to get it fixed but again theyre not answer the phone, Ive called 5+ times and it just rings and theres no voicemail. I am not driving over there with a spare if I dont even know if they can fix it today so Im going elsewhere. Its frustrating when you have a warranty but cant use it because they choose not to answer their phone or even have a voicemail.

Went for an oil change, the car ended up on the towing truck because they burst the brake fluid pipe. The employee said the pedal was squishy (with attitude), they called the manager that made me wait outisde for 15min to show up, blamed the car ( he probably had a small talk with his guy prior showing up) Bottom line: I paid $500 fix for their fault.

Wow, what a horrible experience today. I had my tires switched out two weeks ago and came back for the third time today because one of them had low pressure - the first two times they just refilled it and sent me on my way. Now apparently it had a double puncture and wasn't salvageable. When i brought up the word "warranty" this guy Ken or something got very loud and agitated that my tires don't have warranty and his people would never have told me that. I disagree with that because they most definitely did, and dude wasn't there when i purchased them so how does he even know what i was told? He ended up screaming at me, and eventually stomping off when i called him out on being disrespectful. He didn't scream at or contradict any of the male customers there, so i can only guess that this is because how dare i, a woman, tell him how things actually happened when he, a man, surely knows best what happened at this transaction that he didn't witness. The next story was that oh, the screaming man was wrong and i did have a warranty, but because the tires had been on my previous car before, it's no longer valid. So apparently my non-existent-now-magically-appearing warranty didn't transfer to my new car. I had to wait another hour before the manager finally came out, and although he seemed nice enough, his initial response was the classic "i wasn't there, sorry if it came across that way, he really isn't the type" blabla. No. Your guy screamed at me about something i was right about. I don't care if he is the type or not, the behavious is unacceptable especially when targeted at me cause i'm a woman. Never did the manager offer to bring Ken out to apologize. The manager tried to then honour the previously-non-existent-now-untransferable warranty, but that was too late, i had already called a different place who ordered the tire in for me. He said he was busy elsewhere in the store with a loss prevention thing and he felt really bad for not being able to do anything for me now - had he really felt that way he would've authorized the front desk person to offer it right away rather than making me wait. Over 2.5 hours after my appointment i left with one less winter tire on my car, and an absolutely horrible experience.
