If I can give them 0 stars I would. They claim to provide best customer service which is a lie. They hold your deposit and claim in writing that the deposit will be made on a specific date which never happens. Then you as a client keep on calling them to ask where are the funds. In my scenario they kept on blaming TD bank whereas it was their fault that my deal got delayed. Stay away from them.

I re-financed my mortgage throughout the COVID Pandemic and was directed by my new mortgage holder to utilize FCT for the purposes of getting all the legal documentation signed. My broker had all the necessary documentation submitted to FCT by March 31st with the goal of having things closed by April 17th; however, FCT did not reach out until April 14th to even start the process of getting things done. My broker escalated the issue and we were able to close on April 20th. While the people who I did meet in person were professional and efficient, I overall would not recommend their services. There seem to be some communication issues internally, leading to a poor experience.

Good people and a nice place to work. Though obviously very corporate and a bit slow pace for my personal taste.
