Very good experience, especially considering it was an overnight trip. Easy booking, very friendly staff and we reached the airport on time.

Our plane got in too late from Paris to PEARSON AIRPORT so we would have to take the 11:30 pm bus to get to Windsor. It was full so we had to wait until 8am the next morning. I called and spoke to Alex in London. She was able to get us on this one but we had to wait in London overnight. That was better for us than aToronto wait. The best thing happened because Alex found a bus going there and after a small delay they had seats for 3 people. You could never know how this helped us out tremendously. My friend was not feeling well. I cannot thank you enough for figuring out a way to get us home. THANK YOU TO ALEX IN LONDON. ROBERT Qs name will be spread around here for sure .
