London's Airport Hyundai

Awful. This is the second Hyundai I've been to about my car, that I only bought 7 months ago. The man that was helping me said that my calipers and rotors were completely rusted and were needing to be replaced and it wasn't covered under my extended warranty. I told him I wanted to take it to the Hyundai I bought it from and ended up taking it to a mechanic i can TRUST. and they said there was nothing wrong with my brakes. There was a lose plate that was making a rattling sound. And on top of it. We NEVER talked about a "spring service package" the entire time I was there and ended up doing it without my consent??? Which I had to pay for... 200 dollars later to find out my car was fine. I would never recommend this Hyundai for service. Awful experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the car dealer's customer service. After paying the deposit, I had several questions and requests, but they were completely indifferent and did not bother to reply to my messages. And when you ask for a refund of your deposit, they don't tell you they can mail a check, resulting in you needing to go to their store in person to get a refund.This is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. What dealer said is all lies, first of all they started to avoid my messages after I paid the deposit, delaying the reply or not replying at all. They did not give me instructions on the process after I asked for a cancellation or refund, and Chris, the sales manager, told me in a very flippant tone that I did not have to come in person when I went to the store from far away to get a refund, and that they would be "happy" to keep my deposit if I did not want the refund. This sounded like a threat to me. I have kept all evidence of these facts. Anyone who wants to buy a car from this place, please refer to my review.

Great service, very friendly and accommodating. They did not try to sell me something that my vehicle does not require. Vehicle on time and happy with my new Tucson.
