They did not give my kitten proper vaccinations! Beware! I had taken my 3 month old kitten here for his 3rd round of core vaccinations and a leukemia vaccination. Left happy until a month later I went to get his rabies vaccination done at another clinic to find out Firth never actually did the 3rd core vaccinations? After calling and speaking with Rachel to ask about this, she told me they did not give him his core vaccinations and now I have to pay to get him 2 additional vaccinations as my kitten is now late... She blamed this on "miscommunication" between themselves? Noone communicated anything with me and now I'm paying for their mistake. I would NOT recommend going here as your pet may not even get done what you made the appointment for.. No resolution was offered just apologies. Also, you do not get to see what is being done with your pet as they do not allow you to go in, they send you a video that they record after the visit explaining what was done? Now my kitten has to get 2 additional vaccinations which I'm paying for over their mistake.

Amazing people!! Excellent social media presence. Staff know my pets well and.give them great treatment. Dr. Firth is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I always experience great customer service. Wait times can vary, but that is to be expected given the nature of the business. Check out their health plans. Love this clinic!!
