Although we had a good experience and Dr .Trina and staff were very kind, after 2 teeth were extracted we were sure (my husband and I) that 3 were an issue but 1 was left in. We had 2 different visits 1 was removed the 1st visit and the 2nd visit 2 were removed 6 months later. We were referred by our vet and were happy with the extractions but found them to be very expensive but with a referral from our trusted vet we went ahead with both appointments. We now had to get that 3rd tooth removed and went with a different vet as the previous surgeries were very costly, almost 4x more than we ended up paying with a different vet, even with that tooth being abscessed and bone loss just 5 months after they left the tooth in saying that they thought it was ok. We asked Sana Adelaide if they could do it and make it right by us since it should have been taken out the previous time and were given an estimate for the exact same price they charged the first two times (the highest amount of the estimate range). They said they sent my dogs X-rays to the new vet but they were never received, I personally requested them be sent over and i was told my vet called and asked 3x for them and still never received them. Overall they did a good job but felt they left bad teeth in and told us to just monitor it because they ran out of time under anaesthesia to extract it. Our dog had 3 different surgeries for dental extractions in 12 months which we feel was totally unnecessary and way too costly. I recommend getting quotes from several veterinarians before getting Sana Adelaide to do it. We would have saved a significant amount of money if we did.

Ive been taking my Ferrets and my dog to Sana Adelaide for over 2 years now, I adore Dr. Trina & her staff, Wendy is always a friendly face. Dr. Trina is extremely patient and thorough in her exams of my furry friends, she talks me through all of her thoughts and concerns when I present her a difficult case, such as my aggressive rescue bully. Most recently, I had an extremely traumatic event happen at home where I STEPPED ON MY 4lb ferret. I know. Terrible fur-mom. :( I left Dr. Trina a voicemail at an ungodly hour, hysterically crying, unsure of my choices, or whether or not my lil man was even going to make it through the night. In the morning when the clinic was open, despite it being a busy surgery day for Dr. Trina, with no available appointments.. they told me to bring my ferret in straight away, and they would exam/treat/monitor him for the day. I gave Dr. Trina the go ahead for X-rays, bloodwork, and supportive medications for him. Dr. Trina called me at noon with her results of the X-rays and her physical exam, along with her treatment plan going forward. I was given the option to take him home at the end of the day, and return him to the clinic the following day for a re-check. Bless Dr. Trina and her amazing staff, because my lil man is now home, given the all-clear after his recheck- well on his way to recovery. I wasnt even sure if he was going to make it through the night when the incident happened, let alone be given the all-clear to come home (with supportive medications) less than 48 hours later. Dr. Trina showed me the X-rays, bloodwork, and walked me through every step of my ferrets treatment. I felt very confident in her prognosis and treatment plan, and trusted her judgement on where to go/what to do next. Im extremely thankful to Dr. Trina and her team for coming to my rescue yesterday morning and taking on another fur baby when they had no time to do so. For sitting with him, monitoring him for long hours, and making sure he was in the best condition to come back home to me. The possibility of losing a beloved pet by my own hands was a horrific thought, and Im forever grateful that thanks to Dr. Trina and her team, thats not going to be the case. Thank you x10 million Megan Tripp
