        Already not a good experience. - I just called to inquire about the wax that they use and how it is "ouch-less" as described on their website. The person on the phone seemed to only be able to tell me that it is shipped in from Australia. I asked if she could tell me more about the wax, as I have very sensitive skin. She told me that the information about the wax is on the website. I told her that I was currently on the website and did not see any information about it and asked her again if she could tell me more about it. She hung up, I called back three times and no answer... hmmm great first impression!
