After a measurement appointment, they called a few days in advance to schedule the installation, arrived on time, cleaned up completely and were very fast and efficient - installed a bedroom window in 30 mins! The two installers were courteous and answered our questions. Completely seamless and pleasant experience, from speaking to reception to enjoying our new window!

We are very happy with the quality of work we had done!! I recommend this company to friends or anyone that asks for a good company to get their windows and doors replaced through. We had some windows replaced and a patio door put in. What really thrilled us was the desire to take out a 3x4 ft window and put in a 5ft patio door. They assigned one of their experienced installers (great interactive skills) to restructure our wall to fit the new patio door, who also was experienced in brick laying to ensure the taking out of the wall bricks, that the bricks looked as though it was that way from when the house was built. They ensured their measurements, when ordering the windows and patio door, were correct, so not delays. I wouldn't go with anyone else. Door squeaks and you need to slam it to shut probably. If you shut it and hear it click without slamming it the wind will blow it open. Unexceptional! I would not recommend this company. You said it's normal for a child to shut the door and it clicks and then they also need to push on it. .not so..also the squeaking you say is normal. Please try again! I had Heritage for a previous front window replacement due to seals that where broken , causing condensation and a wooden ledge that detracted allowing ants to enter. The installation was so tidy & efficient, the entire moulding replaced and wooden ledge removed & replaced with outdoor moulding ..no more ants, great seal, no condensation. They were even careful not to step on outdoor plants. I am now having 2 back bedroom windows replaced due to broken seals , condensation & toxic mould develops. No more condensation, and I am always amazed at how quickly it is completed. The team is on time, professional & tidy up any materials as well of course carrying away the old windows & frames.
