Aerie Store

Every time I come to this store at this location, the customer service and the stores aesthetic is impeccable. I wish I knew all the girls names but they truly are all awesome Thanks to Bella that was working this evening. She thanked me for being a loyal shopper and was so positive and kind with her words. Most retail clothing shops dont even speak to you until you go to the register to pay. Its refreshing to be treated like I matter. Thank you again for the awesome customer service and hard work to everyone at this location.

Ive always loved shopping at Aerie, specifically this store because I get to deal with Bella, shes amazing, always kind and cheerful

Had a horrible experience ordering online and just came in to return only part of my order that I had received. Staff was so amazingly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me find my sizes in something I loved to replace my order that didnt arrive to me. The staff are amazing and so kind!

I normally don't spend more than 4 minutes in a store when I am looking for a specific item. However, Lauren totally changed the game for me. She is the sweetest and most hardworking girl. She looked online and in store for all my sizes and colour preferences and always made her way back to my fitting room to share more options for me and her respected opinion- despite helping many other customers at the same time. I even looked at some of the bralettes while walking to the register and she went, "I wanted to show you this but I knew it wouldn't have matched your requirements." and she was absolutely right! Lauren LITERALLY went above and beyond for me. As someone who has worked in retail for 8 years, this was my first most lovely and remarkable experience as a customer on the other side. I don't usually shop on a regular basis or have a favourite store, but when I do need a new wardrobe, I know exactly where I'm going now. Thank you Lauren for all of your patience and for making me feel so comfortable shopping at my own pace! I love ALL of the 10 things I bought
